Yep, good holds and massive exposure - probably makes it into the outrageous category !

the photo is misleading, looks like its out by 5-10 degrees i.e. its not as overhanging as this looks. the upper groove is vertical maybe just less than vertical. the steep section is short-lived, approx 5m climbing.
