That is absolutely brilliant!

Nice, but the tilt is driving me nuts though!

Stirling is quite close to the Highland Fault. Maybe it's been tilted by an earthquake?

Great photo! I live in Stirling and have seen variations on this shot a few times. I've always wondered exactly where it was taken from to get the castle between the hills. Is it the grassy hill in Bannockburn with the mast at the top of it?

From Bannockburn High School maybe?

Thank you, but isn't it a bit clichéd?🤣 I stole the idea off Twitter, a fabulous version with pink clouds and pink light on the snow, pretty hard to get though
Can someone explain the tilt they see? Look at verticals on Stirling Castle in the middle, they're bang on

Location is above the bus depot. I even camped there once to try to get pink light. Not the most glamorous spot

A wonderful photo. Thanks for sharing it.

I was inspired by this even better one https://www.johnspowphotography.com/blog/2021/1/4/the-best-place-to-photograph-stirling-castle, which apparently went viral on Twitter thanks to a comment from Sam Heughan
