I should have commented before Hamish, but this is one powerful image. I personally might have used the saturation brush on the leaders red jacket much as Turner did in his paintings. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. Sean it's interesting you say that - looking at the raw file I think I actually reduced the saturation on the leaders jacket as I thought it was slightly too overpowering and it was popping pretty well against the snowy background anyway!
