Camera used: PENTAX K-50 Date taken: 23rd August 2017
Mt. Hyndman is the peak on the right.
We had ascended the 3661m peak by its south ridge in the morning. It is a Class 2 hike, but long, about 1520m. We didn't spend long on the summit, as a thunderstorm was brewing which came upon us with heavy hail as we reached the base of the mountain. The picture was taken when we returned to camp and the weather much improved by early evening. This was my first trip to the mountains of Idaho. A relative back-water with perhaps hundreds of unclimbed walls.
