For the sheer density of quality climbing, Almscliff must rank pretty highly in the whole of the UK!

Yeah, the standard of the routes with no stars just show what I high quality crag it is!

Almscliff's alright but it's only good because it's the quickest drying and cleanest crag in the UK.

AND has some of the best positions on grit (5 star finish, top of overhanging groove, top of Franklands Green crack etc)
