Cable currently runs all the way along the path - but not the access route to get to the camino (initial section of the walkway has collapsed).
Cable is approx 5mm and attached to standard expansion bolts - not confidence inducing.

The initial section of the walkway did not collapse, it was removed by the local authorities to stop Joe Public (Jose Publico) from walking straight on to it from the bridge. However if you have the right equipment you can access it from below. The wire is also fine, again if you have a VF, however slings and karabiners would certainly shock the wire.
