Enjoyed. The "team of four friends" bit from the introduction shouldn't be read as 'puntery camaraderie in the mountains' for anyone harbouring visions of emulation. All three people on Annapurna I are nails-hard, cutting-edge high-altitude Himalayan climbers. Not short on cash are they! Can't imagine a last minute helicopter ride from Jomsom to Annapurna basecamp is particularly cheap!
