I'm heading up north for 10 days tomorrow and wondered whether I was being too wishful in hoping to find any ice this early in the season. Forecasts are showing a temperature drop over the next few days, so I have my fingers crossed...

I've noticed Alladins mirror direct has been logged, along with central gully on lurchers. 

Are there any other options?

Does the drool at Eagles Rock form readily (read in a book that it's an early season option but it doesn't seem to get may logs).

How about routes at Hells Lum?

It doesn't just have to be the cairngorms either.
