Hello, I'm in Kathmandu for the next month and would like to participate in a trek. I have no prior experience so I am looking to join a guided group. I have been doing some research into local agencies but it is hard to differentiate between them. Could anyone tell me what I should be looking for, or make a recommendation please? Thank you. 

I did few trips and booked things with Himalayan RST Expeditions. Run by a husband and wife they were always helpful. Not sure they organise group tours now but they will be able to hook you up with guides. and sort out all accom/transfers etc.
