There's a great facebook group called "Alps - conditions for (ice) climbing"with regular updates and photos from various places. Seems like decent conditions all round.
Here's a webcam for Kandersteg showing the ice lines above the lake there. Some of them look feasible. These lines start relatively low down so you'd think that it would be better higher up. When I was there this time of year last year, it above zero in the valley and these routes weren't really there at all but we still managed to do some stuff up on the Breitwangflue. So I suspect you'd find stuff to do up there even if the routes lower down aren't in. The forecast looks pretty cold as well. Highly recommend the rather unique Metro - kind of an ice tunnel inside the mountain!
