Hi there,

I have two pieces of work by John Redhead that I am looking to sell - ideally to someone who would appreciate them - at what I feel is a very reasonable price.

First is the pastel sketch 'Orchestration of the senses', which was featured in his book, 'And one for the crow'. It is 84 x 59 cm in size and drawn on heavy- duty cartridge paper. You can view this sketch here:

The second piece is an acrylic painted on canvas. It is 100 x 70 cm in size. This was originally irregularly shaped, but has been trimmed so it will fit into a frame. This was painted when John had his studio in Liverpool and shows a large bay window with magpies perched outside looking in on a flayed human form. This work can be viewed here:

Both of these works will be posted direct to the buyer in a heavy-duty artwork storage tube. They are currently located in Haute Savoie in France.

I am looking for £240 for the acrylic, including postage and storage tube, and £180 for the smaller pastel, again including postage and storage tube. Bargains both, for original works by 'The Aleister Crowley for the bouldering generation' (as Niall Grimes once put it), best known for creating such legendary routes as 'Margins of the Mind'.
