How toconvert Grivel New-matic crampons to Classic bindings

Anyone know if Petzl Flex Back Bails will fit Grivel Airtech Newmatic crampons?
Background
Off to the Dolomites at the end of June, aiming to do via Ferrata on Marmolada and in the Brenta Dolomites.
Both have short, easy glacier crossings, I`d like to attach crampons to my approach shoes (Guide Tennies) and not take B2 boots.
If I can change the back bails I``` will also fit flexible linking bars
