After upping the hill work I'm suffering from niggling pain in both buttocks. This as been accompanied by a decrease in speed on the flat as I just can't seem to get any 'kick' as I push off from the back foot.
Glute stretches don't seem to be targeting the affected area, and I'm currently sitting on a squash ball to massage the trigger points, much to Mrs Ridge's amusement.
Anyone had anything similar and got any advice?
