Castlebergh Crag in the middle of Settle town is to be closed while building work is done. The council have gifted some land to the local scouts to have better access to their premises. The council have informed me that all of Castlebergh will be closed while the work is implemented. This obviously affects the climbing.
They hope to open again as soon as possible!
