Does anyone know if the Thirlmere road leading to the lay by by the boulders at deer garth how is open again?

It wasn't when I was last there on 14th August

It was still shut yesterday. You can get as far as Dob Gill carpark from the south or Armboth from the North. Not far beyond those points the road is now closed to pedestrians and cyclists, along with 8ft fences. A friend, did carry his bike around these and through the tress that are still across the road, so should be possible with bouldering pads.
