The local guidebook is good and extensive, and the watercolour topos are a work of art (if not necessarily the most helpful for actually locating routes...).
It was a few years back now so the situation may have changed but some of the coastal areas were quite popular. We stayed in Cassis, which was about 45 min to an hour walk in to the crags.
i hope the National park restrictions are not to serious. Guide book bought. Plans afoot. Will check out the Cassis region to stay and that Cap spot to climb.
