Overview
Redpoint Bristol was established nearly 6 years ago and has stayed a modern, vibrant forward looking facility. In November 2018 the Directors acquired two Trampoline Parks called Freedog (Bristol and Swindon). This has given us an exciting opportunity to build 2 new state-of-the-art bouldering walls to diversify the trampoline parks and create something special for the climbing community.
We are looking for a motivated and creative person to join our team to run our marketing, social media and standardise all our communications.
Essential Skills
- Be a keen climber
- Enthusiastic filmmaker, photographer and graphic designer
- Experience using facebook and instagram in a business setting
- Marketing Experience
Desired Skills
- Proven record of driving engagement across multiple social media channels
- Experience running facebook adverts
- Marketing qualifications or certificates
- Management experience
Basic Job Description / Areas of Responsibility
Create Content
Create and circulate quality content for all the companies in the Group.
This includes film-making, photography and graphic design.
Manage the on-sight “Media Officers”
Manage a staff member from each centre to ensure regular content and communication with our customers. Use a social media planner to ensure that important annual events are promoted alongside general communications and engagement.
Work with them to create challenges and events to engage our followers and customers.
Facebook Adverts
We use a company called thinkable digital for our website SEO and to run our facebook adverts.
This role involves liaising with them and ensuring we are using the budget effectively.
Ensuring our peak seasons and products are promoted effectively and in good time, working on a shared calendar.
Up-sells
Converting first time users (taster participants) in to long term customers.
You will be required to test and refine methods methods of conversion.
Thinkable Digital will provide training and support.
Leaflets
Create, maintain and organise the distribution of leaflets in each centre. Ensuring that leaflets are handed out appropriately by the staff and that the leaflet holders are kept neat.
Branding Bulldog
We are going through a re-branding process at the moment. Once this is in place this role will include ensuring that the new branding is consistent through all channels from the website, to social media to leaflets and in-house signage.
Mail Chimp
Create and distribute a quarterly newsletter for each company. Measuring open rates and adjusting each campaign to improve engagement.
Driving returning sales and the “life time value” of our customers.
Analyse the results
Quantify the impact of this roll on the turnover / profitability of the companies. Help define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure against and create scheduled reports.
