With twenty years and six climbing centres to our name we have a lot of
AWESOMENESS to live up to!
In order to be successful in this role you will need to become a key member of our thriving community, so it goes without saying that you’ll need to be a dedicated and active climber. Previous experience of managing a climbing wall would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
The Essentials:
• SPA or CWLA with current first aid
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to manage a busy workload, motivate staff and lead by example
• Commitment to high-quality service and self-development
• Pro-active with good initiative
• Enjoys working as part of a team whilst having a high personal responsibility
• Social Media skills
