Council areas going to Tier 4:
City of Glasgow, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, Stirling, West Lothian.
They're also putting travel restrictions into law - it will become illegal to travel into or out of a tier 3 or 4 area, or between Scotland and other parts of the UK, for nonessential purposes (but with a fairly extensive list of exceptions here https://www.gov.scot/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance-on-travel-a... - this has not changed yet, and currently permits travel up to 5 miles beyond your council area for outdoor exercise, but maybe it'll be updated)
