i couldn’t see mick s  recent thread about small pleasures so here’s a medium sized one  :

I’ve just got  back from our afternoon walk (   Stunnning blue sky and snow on the tops - but that’s not it ) to find the case of beer I ordered yesterday morning on my doorstep . I do like a  beer after a walk or climb . Hats off to fell brewery . To anybody not familiar with them it’s one of the lakes best along with hawshead and I’m sure they’d be more than happy to oblige . The periscope was only put in the tins on Wednesday .

In reply to Shaun and Pete : free delivery over £50 . Go to shop rather than “beers”. I split a case with Cumbria’s 3rd best ginger climber .  We got periscope , Catalina and a Couple  each of raspberry wheat beer ( Maryport tart ) and coffee stout . In case anybody is concerned I can set your worries to rest , the first two are excellent .  Unfined, Unfiltered ., delicious .
