I have cleared an exposed brick wall of traditional lime plaster and intend to seal it with something like this - https://www.kingfisheruk.com/interior-brick-and-dust-sealer-matt-finish-ite....
However, around the edge of the brick wall is a 4cm band of plaster - the remnants of the plaster layer. can I seal this with the above sealer or will it require a layer of plaster which takes the wall/ceiling flush with the bricks?
Happy if it stays, and obviously a bit easier, but don’t want it falling apart in a couple of years.
Thanks.
