It's not the highest paid. But they aren't looking for old sweats with decades of experience and every certificate.
For someone younger with some experience it is probably a decent offer. Plus in these pre recession times it is full time secure non tourist related employment in some nice areas to live and and work. Seems like they are prepared to invest a little in training too.
There will be freelancers making more money in the central belt, but they'll be chasing and fighting for every contract they get over the next few years.
