Suns out!  Loads of signs of spring. Huge numbers of meadow pipits, magpies making nest, paired up gadwall on pond. Great views of bullfinch and yellowhammer. And still plenty redwing and fieldfare. Off out proper birding soon.

Yep, very similar up here. A pair of rook collecting nest material from my garden yesterday. Saw meadow pipit, fieldfare and other stuff last weekend, and pairing wigeon and GSWs (again, amongst others) at Loch Garten the weekend before.
