Derby man claims mashed potato on toast is 'a culinary classic'

Nah, doesnt appeal to me.

Perfect lunch for me today - scotch pie in a roll - lovely.

Sounds like Derby would have been a strong contender for a future European Capital of Culture; shame it most likely won't be eligible any more after 31.10.

The local slang for Barbados is 'Bim', so that would make Derby 'Dim'.
