A few weeks back in Glencoe, the Jacksonville car park gate was locked. Does anyone know if it's still locked? And why? I'm heading up there tomorrow and always like to set up base there.
It was still locked on Tuesday 22nd June when we drove past. Someone has added it to Google Maps as "Perfect Camper Layby" so that might have something to do with the gates now being locked!
Such a shame. I've camped there many nights with my brothers- admiring the views of the Buachaille while enjoying a few single malts. Special times at a very special location.
