Anyone ever done any routes on the west face of the Weisshorn? None are listed on UKC or Camptocamp so I was surprised to see one on the Swiss Alpine Club route portal (which tends to only have popular routes, the more obscure ones only being in the printed guidebooks). This is the Theytaz route, and it says it's the only one that can still be recommended due to receding glaciers etc.

I just wondered if anyone's ever done it or any other route on that face? It looks like an interesting winter route, but could just be pure choss, especially with this year's snowfall.

I'm not so interested in the Young ridge.
