Is that use of knee I see?

My first HVS if you go by the new PGE! Got past the crux easy enough, took about 5 minutes psyching myself up for the unprotected slab and went for it. Not hard, but v. fluttery. Was so 'relieved' to finish I would have stuck my knackers on the top if I could. Nice comedy photo. Thanks Paul ;)

Excellent use of the knee. Why the inner tube around the neck. Is this for some extra friction !!!
