Lots of knee scrapes - a mark of a climber!

I love the ROCKFAX description for this route: "The corner is contender for one of the most polished routes at Stoney" (and that is saying something!)

What memories, I have led up to E4 in my younger days but would never have led this route. The famous quote .Stopping only to admire your face in the holds springs to mind !

I'm glad I didn't read the description before I started off, but it wasn't as bad as I would have expected if I had done (not that I'd have got on it if I'd known, but as it was I really enjoyed it). For some reason the handholds are way more polished than the feet...

Did you climb with manacles on your arms to give the route a chance?
