Very nice! I guess it's about 7.3kg How's the geometry? I did the same to a carbon Wilier GTR. I added bar ends as they're great for climbing.

Thanks Jamie. You're a bit optimistic on the weight though...probably closer to 9/9.5kg. I have some bar ends but I'll give it a go without for a while and see how it feels...
