Dave and I put this route up in May 1992. It was pretty clean and the gear sound as I remember. It’s a low tide start. If you are passing it’s worth a visit but the lane from Kingston is a bit dodgy these days as it is full of pot holes!!! But it does shorten the approach walk if you are stuck for time
