Either tell Gordon to get shorter axes or tell him to hold them correctly.

Spookily enough no he isn't related to Robin Williams.
He was aware that the leashes were too short but couldn't be adjusted. It was he first climb on Grade II, so if he took it up he would get his own axes he felt comfortable with. Thanks for your advice Norrie.
