That night must have been -20C plus windchill- even with the northern lights it was too cold to be outside the snow cave for more than a few minutes!

The only climbed route on this peak is from the back (north) side. In early season, when we climbed it, it was 60 - 75deg snow, though the first ascensionists reported WI4 in late season. Doesn't get climbed often.
