We did a line in the forest above Hillhouse quarry entrance in the 80s. It took hours to clean caked in a sort of cement crust. Just as we toped out the quarry staff told us to bugger off. Is this in the quarry grounds?

It is not in the quarry grounds, no - although I know exactly where you're talking about and have been eyeing it up myself! This lies immediately off the smugglers trail. Its pretty dirty and took a good amount of scubbing of sand, moss and bugs but was fairly nice to climb on!
