Lovely shot. The cloud over the summit adds an air of mystery to the scene. I am surprised it has not attracted more votes as even the thumbnail looks impressive.

maybe even better with a crop off the bottom and LHS?

Thanks Sean. The sunrise light and clouds were just doing wonderful things with the surrounding mountains the morning we climbed Finsteraarhorn. They were fast moving too - five minutes later the summit was cloud free, but by then the light had changed for the worse, so this one turned out the best of the set.
To Kevin - I quite like the cropping as-is, thanks much though. What's an LHS?

fuqing great, my first thought as I opened it and hurried to hit F11 to see it all.
luv it luv it, those walls ar bloody steep to hold all that snow.
cannot mark it, nowhere near perfect but wow factor it has.
LHS= left hand side, as if you care. I might try to get another picture out of it by cutting off the RHS from the col or thereabouts but yours hit the spot.

Sutty thanks heaps for the comment!
<light bulb> Ahh.. LHS, RHS got it. Thought it was like Luminosity Highlight Saturation but couldn't find that option in Photoshop.
Sorry kind of a knee jerk reaction to the critsism perhaps [re:Kevin]. Cropping, hmm not sure... I played with a few things and wasn't real happy with the result, although I couldn't figure out how to make it any better. Maybe I'll go into Photoshop and try a Version 2.0...
