Lucky you ! walked up to the French hut in torrential rain, then snow, soaked to the skin, sat it out for a few days, with john the Bastard, didn't clear so walked out for a few days leaving our gear, the weather never got any better, walked back in in horizontal rain to retrieve gear.
Similar to this picture but with a stream flowing down the path!
