This was taken during a ski day-tour, setting off from the Aiguille de Midi, climbing up to the Breche Puiseux (an easy solo), then 40m abseil (fixed rope when we were there) onto the Mont Mallet Glacier and then skiing down to Montenvers via the Leschaux glacier. A really good ski-mountaineering day.
