It was an absolutely stunning area; we were on passage out of the fjord when we passed but looking into the cirque was awesome - so much steep rock! The local 'map' puts the height of the tallest peak at 1450m, and the ridge to the east at 1200m, so I reckoned there must have been around 1000m of rock face...........
