An early and unsuccessful attempt using a side runner in Stargazer. Paul managed a clean ascent the following year. Its a bit easier with modern "sticky soled" rock shoes!

The short answer is "Yes". Paul almost made it on this try, but slipped off just below the good pocket. I actually have two more photo's which I will post.
