This would be a fantastic shot if it was uploaded at a higher resolution. Currently you can see the pixels which makes it look a bit 'blocky'.

Unfortunately it's 112k as it is, and UKC limit is 120k. Any suggestions?

It isn't the resolution - it is the method you've used in your graphics package for resizing it that has made it all 'blocky'. There isn't any anti-aliasing.
