How were conditions - a bit thin by the look of things?

I did this on the 2nd of June. Conditions were absolutely perfect apart from a section of the ice on the middle sections sounding like a bongo drum! Neve was good and the mixed section from the photo and onwards was fantastic! Finish up a narrow couloir to a VERY exposed narrow summit!

JHW, I think you probably haven't seen the N Face of MB de Cheilon in normal summer conditions! (These days, anyway... )

Did you go up the face all the way or were you forced to traverse off on to the Galletgrat as we were?
