9 frames, 27 images, a 7 hour night-time hike and about 3 hours of editing (aligning roadways mostly) for this 180° panorama of the Western Highlands.

Nice pan. A copy of PTGUI would save you about 2h 50m of editing time.

I had a trial version of PT-Gui for a while when it first came out but I went back to my favoured Roxio PhotoSuite in short order. I've not found anything that's quite as user friendly, nor as yet, that blends as nicely as Roxio although it struggled on this one, both with the white balance in the sky (despite correction in RAW) and unusually the roads, river and pathways.
The original is 16,000 pixels across so I don't really mind spending the time getting it right when my 8 year old software struggles now and again. LOL I'm not sure that PT-Gui would have managed any better, the alignment was only out by about 25 pixels but perhaps I will have another look at an updated version.
