Poor Rich, can't handle my sloppy seconds :0) First ascent photo.
Then again maybe its the rest of the climbing world thats wrong and you are right?
muppetfilter - 05/Oct/10
I think everybody can tell what's going on, to be honest
Rich Guest - 05/Oct/10
Yes Richard... you are a very angry little boy .
muppetfilter - 06/Oct/10
Unfortunately for you (in case it helps you in future), your obvious reluctance/failure (even at the crucial stage shown), to utilise crucial and pretty solid jams, together with the poor positioning of your feet (taking zero bodyweight) combined with the bent position of both arms; is a real passport to pump out.
It's no wonder you were lowered off moments later.
Also, placing five pieces of gear in a solid pro, 3 meter long steep crack, is not great planning for a successful ascent!
I've safely led Cenotaph Corner with less!!
Finally, (regarding your photo) i'd have thought with you being so prolific on safety and accident prevention on ukc, you might have worn a helmet, (practice what you preach and all that)
Rich Guest - 06/Oct/10
Let me know when you've come to terms with my solid firsts matey!!
Rich Guest - 06/Oct/10
Did you really claim this as a FFA when you had a point of rest?
Franco Cookson - 30/Nov/11
No, I did however allow Cragrat rich to make himself look to rather petty and foolish ... rather like the way I am doing to you ...
muppetfilter - 30/Nov/11
Hahaha this is great...it's the modern day equivalent of the testosterone fuelled snipes that went on in the First Ascent books over in the peak cafe's back in the 70s and 80s :-)

Stick to roped access mate! ;)
