Is this an HDR image?

The photograph is what popped out of the camera plus some minor manipulation. I have used Nikon NX2 D-lighting to bring out the foreground and have darkened the sky using a subtle brown graduation in Corel Photopaint. It's possible to get similar results by careful use of HDR with this image from a single RAW but I'm not keen on HDR now as it's turning into a cliche.
