Have you done the traverses on the recessed wall to the right? Some cracking finger training there like.
The Traverse from Central Wall/Crack to the Arete (and back) is a more straightforward juggy 5b but pumpy as hell.

Not been up there for a while, had tendonitus for a while then had training for the raf so climbing has taken a bit of a back seat recently. Like the sound of the traverse, will have a go at it next time I'm there... as far as the grade goes I didn't find it too bad but I never really think about it when I'm climbing it, tend to just go for what I like the look of and either climb it.... or fall off :D
