I'm not too sure what you mean by that, that is clearly green traverse, the name of the problem is not conditional on style of ascent or weather you think I'm climbing it correctly or not. if you are on about the heel on the start hold its generally accepted as ok for that move but if your gonna be a punter about it I've done it without and also done the whole problem (apart from the top out) footless.

Clearly not. Hopefully this winter's crop of photos wont reinforce that it is ok to avoid the rail, use the top of the boulder, heel hook the starting jug and other forms of cheating and still claim to be THE Green Traverse. It's a distant hope though, so until then I remain vigilant and make no apologies for giving a fck.

I think you needs to get a life m8 and stop being such an idiot about things, by your logic we should all still be climbing in nailed boots with a rope round our waist and the use of a pad on a problem that was done without means no tick also? What about problems like Brad Pit, should we all be doing a huge dyno or it doesn't count as that was how it was first climbed? If somebody did Brad Pitt the original way they would say, as it would be unusual as using the heel became the standard way from the get-go. The Green Traverse was established as an eliminate and climbed that way for 20+ years. You can climb what you want but you cant claim what you like. That much would be obvious to anybody unless they have a huge sense of self entitlement. If using a heel etc becomes the "NEW" to do it then the problem is changed and its history is to a certain extent diminished. That's why I care.
