The shot was taken with a fish-eye adapter lens for a canon powershot S70. The colour effect was done in Photoshop elements by taking a copy layer of the original (colour) photo, and then making the second layer B&W (by de-saturating the colour). Working on the B&W layer, use the eraser tool to burn through the B&W layer to reveal the colour below. Check out some more photos at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/7491393@N03/.
