Rockfax Description
An intricate pitch up the central section of the buttress. Climb the tricky thin crack to some small ledges. Make more hard moves up and left towards a tree prior to stepping back right above the overhangs and finishing up the wall on sloping holds. © Rockfax

βeta: Above your head before the step left to the yew tree is a pointy flake sticking out, which makes a nice right hand side pull. Unfortunately it has hairline cracks down all sides and is getting wobbly. Best to avoid yarding on it with too much force! | βeta?

βeta: The Ab station (shared with all the other routes on this section) is awful, a mostly dead tree, poor tat behind a big but slightly suspect block, and all awkwardly equalised. It's in serious need of a better solution. | βeta?

βeta: Would not ab off the yew tree, only partly alive and the whole block moves significantly when pushed. Tat should probably be cut away. | βeta?

βeta: The ab station at the top on the block by the tree was absolute death - someone abbed off it and halfway down the block started pulling out. When they got down we removed both the block and the tat. There is some tat on a further back tree which you can ab off down a gully which is much safer. | βeta?
