There have been some trad climbs recorded here which are now overgrown to varying degree or lost to vegetation.
The limestone arch at the head of the valley is where open air church services were held by the villagers of Eyam during their plague self-isolation. Climbing on this rock is strictly forbidden.
Park on main road as for Stoney West or in Eyam village.
