In late summer 2021, long distance enthusiast James Forrest made the fastest self-supported link-up of Britain's three national high points, a backpacking mission of nearly 500 miles in under 17 days. Did he have time to enjoy the journey along the way? What's particularly special about going solo? And how did he nearly falter at the final hurdle? We caught up with him to find out.
