Unexpectedly free tomorrow and really keen to finally tick off NW Girdle at Almscliff. Looks like it’ll be dry until at least lunchtime, maybe the afternoon too. Can anyone be tempted?

I'll go climbing big depot if you don't get a partner and want to. I seem to recall your not keen on walls tho? I'd do almscliff but I'm 9 weeks post ankle fusion and in an air boot. If keen let me know. I'm belaying fine and getting up 5 to 6. 

I'm not free but I went to check out the conditions last weekend. Bring wellies! It's a swamp at the bottom of the path.

Yeah I'm healing quick it appears and ankle arthritis pain has gone. All good.
